Nothing here is health advice
We sell general recovery and comfort gear. We are not a clinic, and nothing on this site is a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or advice about a health condition. If something hurts in a way that worries you, see a doctor or physio.
Where a product carries an entry on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods, any claim we make about it repeats the manufacturer's approved wording and nothing more. Where a product has no such entry, we describe what it is and what it is for, and we do not claim it does anything to a medical condition.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch, not when you submit the order. We may decline an order — for example if stock has run out, the price was wrong, or we cannot deliver to the address.
Prices
Prices are in Australian dollars. GST is not currently charged, because the business is below the registration threshold. If that changes, prices will show GST and this page will say so. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.
We try to keep prices accurate. If a price is obviously wrong, we will contact you before charging you and you can cancel.
Stock
Items are held by Australian suppliers rather than by us, and stock can move between our site updating and your order arriving. If something you ordered is unavailable we will tell you and refund it.
Your rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits them. See returns and consumer guarantees.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything else is limited to replacing the goods or refunding what you paid for them.
Using the site
The words, layout and images here are ours. Do not copy the site wholesale. Do not attempt to break, overload or scrape it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
