Where we ship

Australia only, for now. Every item is held in an Australian warehouse and sent from here — nothing is coming from overseas, so there are no customs delays and no import charges landing on you after the fact.

New Zealand is the likely next step. It is not available yet.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within [1–3] business days. Once a parcel is moving, delivery is typically:

• Melbourne and metro capitals — [2–5] business days
• Regional — [4–8] business days
• Remote and WA/NT — longer, and we will tell you if we know it will be

These are the carrier's estimates, not guarantees. Weather, public holidays and the general state of the freight network all interfere.

What it costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout on weight and destination. [Free shipping on orders over $X.] Nothing is added after you pay.

Split deliveries

We work with more than one Australian supplier. If an order contains items held in different warehouses, it may arrive as separate parcels on different days, at no extra cost to you. You will get tracking for each.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email once the parcel is picked up. If tracking has not moved for several business days, contact us rather than the courier — chasing it is our job.

Wrong address

Check your address at checkout. If a parcel goes to a wrong address you supplied, we will help chase it, but we may not be able to recover it. Tell us quickly if you spot a mistake and we will try to catch it before dispatch.

Damaged in transit

Photograph it and email us. We arrange a replacement or refund at our cost. See returns and consumer guarantees.
