Products sold in Australia must be of acceptable quality, fit for any disclosed purpose and match their description. These rights cannot be excluded by a store policy.
Change of mind
A separate change-of-mind window may be offered once supplier terms and hygiene restrictions are verified. It must be stated clearly before purchase.
Faulty or incorrect goods
Customers will contact Tradie Recovery directly. A supplier’s fulfilment role will not be used to send a customer in circles.
Return costs and remedies
Who pays return shipping and whether the remedy is a repair, replacement or refund depends on the circumstances and applicable consumer law. Final instructions will be published before launch.
